• 1. How long will my LAW2024 face-to-face event run for?

    LAW2024 face-to-face events are full day conferences that run from 9:30am-5:00pm, with registration starting from 8:30am.


  • 2. The date for Shape the Debate (Q&A) doesn't work for me - can I still view it?

    Of course, we understand that finding a convenient date and time for all is difficult. This link will be available after the live session and will be emailed to all customers who have purchased the event. 

  • 3. How do I take advantage of the LAW2024 Online Exhibitions special offers?

  • 4. How do I claim my CPD?

    At the end of your event you will receive an email containing a LAW2024 Feedback Form. Once completed, you will receive your CPD certificate. Please ensure you complete the Feedback Form to self certify your certificate. 

  • 5. How do I access the learning materials?

    After your have purchased your LAW2024 Online event, you will receive an email with a link to your videos and materials. No additional software is required to download. 

    Once you have opened the product link, you will be able to view your lecture notes, presentations and all other details. They appear on the right-hand side of the screen. 

  • 6. How do I watch the sessions?

    Once you have purchased your LAW2024 Online event, you will receive an automated email with the link to view all event materials. No additional software is required! 

    All pre-recorded sessions can be viewed from the website. We recommend using Google Chrome for optimum viewing. If you are experiencing issues please do switch to Google Chrome.

  • 10. Do I have to watch all the sessions at once?

    The pre-recorded content will be available for 90 days after you have purchased for you to come back to as many times as you would like. You can also skip to the chapters you want to watch or if you need anything recapping.

  • 13. LAW2024 Online - I haven’t got my email link to view the event. What do I do?

    We rely on emails to keep you informed about your booking, so please keep The Solicitors Group (@thesolicitorsgroup.com addresses) on your safe senders list. To add to your safe senders list, in your email application, select home > junk > junk email options > safe senders list and add our email domain ‘@thesolicitorsgroup.com’ to ensure you don’t miss any of our emails.
